FAQ’s
-
Journaling is a form of writing in which you record your thoughts, feelings, observations or experiences.
To reduce stress, gain more clarity, process experiences, heal and bring out visions and goals more clearly.
-
Journaling is not about how something is phrased and how it sounds in the end. You write solely for yourself. It's about the writing process itself, putting thoughts down on paper - capturing them in black on white.
-
No. Maybe you've never journaled before and want to finally start and know how to do it. Maybe you have journaled before, but want to learn more about the different techniques or find an extra push to get back into your (new) journaling routine. Whether you have previous knowledge or not is absolutely irrelevant.
-
Basically for everyone. Everyone is welcome. It doesn't matter whether you're young or old. Personally, I started when I started learning to write. So quite early. And I'll continue writing in the same way when I'm old and wrinkled. Journaling is not a tool that is a new invention of young people - journaling has been around for a long time. And even if it wasn't, even if you're not so young anymore, you can still learn new things - again and again.
-
You can. But I will never ask you to, not for a second. Journaling is so nice because you can get your thoughts out without having to approach a person. And yet you don't have to do it on your own.
We will do the exercises together, but everyone on their own.
