For almost two decades, journaling has become an invaluable tool for me. The ability to record my thoughts has helped me find clarity and understand myself better. For me, journaling is about calming down, creating visions and dreams, and most importantly, taking a moment for myself.

In a private group with a maximum of 15 participants, I will explain the (scientific) background to journaling practice and show you how you can integrate journaling into your everyday life using various journaling techniques and exercises.
